Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, it can take up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. We offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information on these options.
Processing
Times
Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to process. Orders can take up to 4 weeks to ship out during our busy season. Processing times are not shipping times. Shipping times are after the order has left our shop. These are standard times and do not include holiday cut-off times.
Refunds & Exchange
No returns or exchanges due to the custom-made to-order items. However, if there is a mistake in your personalization and we are at fault, we will be happy to replace it at no cost. If your personalized item arrives damaged, we offer a 3-day period in which your item can be replaced.
Cancellation
Due to the fast turnaround times, we do not offer cancellations at this time. Thank you for understanding.
